Please feel free to use the glucose unit converter calculator. The glucose calculator is used to convert glucose concentration units from mg/dL to mmol/L and vice versa – from mmol/L to mg/dL. Due to the lack of standardization and the imposition on laboratories of issuing test results in specific units – patients, doctors and laboratory diagnosticians often face the problem of converting units. It is impossible to remember all the conversion factors. That is why the following calculator was created – feel free to use it!
Glucose calculator – Convert it!
Here is a calculator. In order to convert glucose concentration – enter the appropriate value, select the unit and you are done! The calculator converts glucose concentration from mmol/L to mg/dL and from mg/dL to mmol/L – depending on the selected configuration.
Glucose unit converter calculator – formulas
To convert glucose concentration from mg/dL to mmol/L, divide the result by 18
mg/dL = mmol/L / 18
To calculate the glucose concentration in mg/dL with the result in mmol/L, the obtained value should be multiplied by 18
mmol / L = mg / dL x 18
Please visit the CALCULATORS section at the top of the page. You will find quite a few other calculators there. Over time, their number will increase. If you don’t have any calculator online – let me know! I will try to work out the missing conversion factor. Leave a comment under the post.
